Our 14-Day Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Eldidi Marine gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been submerged in salt or chlorinated water cannot be returned unless a technical manufacturing defect is confirmed by our team.

• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
